My Store Policy is to guarantee complete customer satisfaction with each and every purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, product availability at time of purchase, handling and shipping costs kept as low as possible (depending upon delivery location), and deliveries in the shortest time possible.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a transaction and I fail to reach an equitable and satisfactory solution, your full purchase price (less original invoice charges for shipping and handling) will be refunded to you as store credit … guaranteed!

To qualify for a refund (in-store credit) your purchase(s) must be received back here at One Stop no later than 10-days following date confirmation e-mail is sent to you stating the OK to return for store credit.
